•  Submits requests (including automated API requests and email communications) to remove or suppress your personal data 
•  Monitors and repeats requests where appropriate 

While we take reasonable steps to request removal of your personal data:

•  We do not control third-party data brokers 
•  We cannot guarantee that all data will be removed 
•  We cannot guarantee response times or compliance

Some data may remain publicly available despite our efforts.

By using our service, you:

• Authorise us to act on your behalf in contacting third parties 
• Confirm that the information you provide is accurate and relates to you
• Grant us permission to submit removal requests using your data

To use the service, you may need to:

• TraceErase operates on a paid subscription basis
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled

 Pricing and billing terms will be clearly displayed before purchase.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Your service will continue until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are not guaranteed except where required by law

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to misuse or interfere with the service

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or compliance of third-party data brokers
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

All content, branding, and materials are owned by or licensed to TraceErase and may not be copied or reused without permission.

 We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. 

 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
